Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused flooring materials in their original boxes, ensuring they are protected against potential damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your pallet or boxes and drop them off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger orders.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned materials at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
